This morning we had a nice surprise waiting for us; Amazon already had Creeping Shadows up for sale a full two weeks ahead of schedule!! So grab a copy today at the above link and celebrate with us!! For those who have been in a dark cave for the past months, Creeping Shadows is a collection of three novellas about monsters featuring Alan Draven, Brandon Ford, and Jessica Lynne Gardner. The proof copy of Creeping Shadows is finally readyand it looks amazing! In terms of layout and design (and maybe even content, too) it puts Sinister Landscpaes, our previous book, to shame. The book featuring Alan Draven, Brandon Ford, and Jessica Lynne Gardner consists of three novellas about monsters and is 320 pages in length. It will be priced at $14.95 US/$16.95 CAD. Links to retailers will be posted right here when it goes on sale. If all goes well, it should be available everywhere online by September 25th....

On July 28, Sinister Landscapes will turn a year old. To celebrate, Pixie Dust Press is giving away a copy of the book. Not just any copy; one that readers will want to treasure as it has been autographed by eighteen of the contributors of the book. The winner will also receive many bookmarks, postcards, and other promotional materials from the contributing authors. It took us a little over seven months to accomplish this, from the UK to Canada to the USA. And now, this one of a kind copy can be yours.
But you're going to have to work for it. Here's what you have to do. Over the course of the next two weeks, put together a promotional campaign for Sinister Landscapes. Be creative; what gets your attention as a reader when you see books advertised? What kind of pitch or marketing ploys really grab you as a book buyer? With the help of materials and info which can be found on www.alandraven.com/pixiedust.htm and here on this site. Come up with the most imaginative campaign possible. Post it on at least two different sites/blogs, etc for the duration of the contest and send us the links at info@alandraven.comWe will look at every contestant's work throughout the next two weeks and the one with the best campaign will win the signed copy. Make sure to add us to your contact list in order to receive mail from us if you win. The winner will be announced on August 1st on the above-mentioned websites and contacted by e-mail. This contest is only open to residents of the USA and Canada.

Sunday night the Pixie Dust Press cover contest came to a close and we found an awesome cover courtesy of Konnik as you can see below. Congrats on the great work; you rock!
I'd also like to thank every artist that has entered the contest; there is A LOT of talent out there and the competition was fierce. There were many great covers sent to us but this one fit our book perfectly and looks very professional. I will have the full wraparound cover for display in the coming weeks for you.
